This workshop was a success!   Mr. Joseph emphasized to the artists the importance of connecting with the various  percussion instruments with correct technique & clear intention.   He demonstrated how each drum could be used traditionally and creatively.  The artists were challenged to choose an instrument to play while singing whatever song was on the heart to strengthen a personal sense of rhythm & pocket.  The dialogue included Mr. Joseph sharing lessons applicable to musicianship & every day approach toward living a balanced life.  The whole class agreed that everything is rhythm!
